Section 1

Change my delivery address

Please contact us if you want to change the delivery address. If the order is already collected by the transporter then it’s not possible to change the delivery address.

Section 2

Track my order

If your ordered is delivered with DPD you will receive a track & trace email to track your order. You will not receive a track & trace link for orders that are delivered with JP Haarlem. You choose the delivery day at check out and they will notify you about the time window a day before delivery.

Section 3

I was not home

Orders that are delivered with DPD will be offered to your neighbour or delivered at a pickup point near you. You will receive a notification from DPD about this. For orders delivered by JP Haarlem you need to be home to collect your order. If you are not home and we need to arrange a new delivery, you will be charged for extra delivery costs.

Section 4

My order hasn't arrived

Please contact us so we can find out why your order hasn’t arrived.

Section 5

My order is faulty / damaged

We try our best to deliver your order in an impeccable state. If it occurs that you have a faulty or damaged item, then please make pictures of the damage on the item and send them to us. We will contact you to arrange a pick-up and replacement if needed. In this case, we will of course also cover the costs for the return.
